The development project “Les promenades d’Uccle” sought to generate leads for their upcoming real estate project. The objective was to stimulate interest and convince potential investors of the project’s distinctive selling points.
The strategy
Our studio meticulously designed and created a variety of creative materials showcasing the unique design elements of the apartment. These assets served as the foundation for initiating ‘Demand Creation’ efforts on main social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
In addition, we implemented a ‘Demand Capture’ strategy utilizing Google Search Ads and employing effective SEO techniques to attract individuals actively searching for real estate opportunities. We optimized the campaign towards website events such as downloading brochures and launching the virtual tour. This data is fed into the Facebook and Google algorithms, enabling them to perform much better within the same initial budget.
To evaluate the performance of our campaigns, we set up Google analytics 4 and CRM connectivity, enabling us to monitor and enhance campaign effectiveness.
